EFT and Learning Welsh

I’m busy preparing for the National Eisteddford in Bala, where I will be using EFT with Welsh Learners, to help them overcome anxiety about speaking Welsh. The range of applications for EFT is quite astounding.

Here in Wales, there are many people who are learning Welsh in the classroom or who have learnt Welsh as a child. However they don’t speak Welsh, with anxiety about getting it wrong pretty high up there.

I am a Welsh learner myself, and have definitely experienced anxiety about using the language in everyday life! EFT is an exciting tool that is just entering the world of Welsh Learner’s!

And people who come to Maes D (the learner’s tent) at the National Eisteddford in Bala tomorrow can have a taster of how it works….
