Thoughts about the Day – Machynlleth Wellbeing Centre Launch

Well, its the morning of the launch of the Machynlleth Wellbeing Centre that I run with Catherine Evans, homeopath. All the preparations have been done, and now its just a matter of meeting people and telling them the amazing benefits of EFT.
I thought I would be nervous today, but I’m feeling calm, but excited. I am new to giving presentation, but with the help of a number of different sessions of EFT this week, I am ready and excited to be giving an Introduction to EFT presentation.
Its all the more exciting because EFT is little known around here. We live in a rural area, extremely beautiful, but it usually means a lot of travel for anything from clothes to help with spiritual and emotional enlightenment.
I’m not offering the clothes, but I am offering a gift to help people really free themselves. I really feel that it is an honour to bring EFT to this part of Wales.
That’s all for now: I have to have a big bowl of uwd (porridge in Welsh, pronounce ‘ood’ more or less.) and get on my way.
